ScaleUp:
Helping you create a path to seven figures for your business
On the first day of the New Year, a lot of people make resolutions, often with a greater goal in mind. Let’s say you might want to visit the historic Sanctuary of Machu Picchu, a 15th-century Inca citadel set along the Andes Mountain range. You live at sea level, but the elevation of Machu Picchu is over 7,700 feet ABOVE that. You have to do some serious training to make that climb, right?
Closer to home, as a successful small business owner you are probably making plans to grow your business in the year ahead. The biggest challenge you face is to overcome the obstacles in your path. You know the most troubling ones that have kept you from increasing profitability, capacity, and growth. These are just some of the thoughts that keep you up at night.
-
- You might feel pinched (or maybe locked in a vise grip) for time.
- You might be tripping over low-priority tasks that slow sales.
- High maintenance (and low ROI) clients have hijacked your time.
- You might even wonder if you might be better off to sell your business.
Is this you? Are you ready to ScaleUp your business?
If so, StartUp Washington can help.
Like many established business owners in Washington, you know that growing sales and building volume affords you the capital to hire and/or reward hard-working employees, to purchase materials, or even upgrade your equipment and expand your broadband. More volume affords all the things you need to continue to grow! You need a plan and the tools to take your time back, break through the profit plateau, create new sources of revenue, and help you to work on your business rather than in your business!
Now, if you could just plot that route on your business roadmap to get there.
Offered by the Washington State Department of Commerce in partnership with the Thurston Economic Development Council, ScaleUp is a cohort program designed to help you take your business to seven figures. This training course offers nine weeks of training, featuring a mix of instructor-led training, online learning modules and independent study. It is tailored for those who have operated their businesses for about two years, with under a million a year in revenue. The course focuses on training that scales up your business to seven figures by helping you focus on improving financial operations, reducing operational expenses and learning how to compete more effectively in the marketplace.
A new ScaleUp cohort series begins in mid-January and registration is on now. We even offer a class en Español. Course dates and times are as follows.
